About Brad Hamann

My name is Brad Hamann, and I am a real estate broker in Indianapolis, IN.  I am originally from Peoria, IL and moved to Indianapolis in 2000.  I graduated from Butler University in 2004 with a degree in Marketing and minor in Psychology.  Over the past 14 years, I have sales experience in the telecommunications, financial services, hospitality, and real estate industries.  I started a real estate business with Keller Williams in Peoria, IL and Indianapolis, IN during the spring/summer of 2006.  I officially started my own brokerage, Hamann Sense, LLC at the beginning of 2013.  With over a decade in the real estate business, I am reminded of how blessed I am to have represented amazing clients as they begin new chapters in their lives.

My life completely changed on December 10, 2009 when I met my future wife.  We were married in May of 2013.  We love spending time together and with our family, friends, and our puppy.  Our desire to travel and experience new places is a huge interest.  My family and friends mean everything to me.  I have worked to ensure a balance between personal and professional time, which is often lost in the real estate business.

I have been a basketball fan for as long as I can remember.  I grew up as a Chicago Bulls fan, and then followed college basketball when I became the "Bulldog" mascot at Butler.  I love traveling with my Butler family during March Madness.  The championship runs in '10 and '11 truly inspired me and basketball fans across the country.

My passion for Butler University continues to grow.  I was honored to have served on the Butler University Young Alumni Board of Directors from 2009 to 2013 where I served as its President during my final year.  The board's mission is to serve and support recent graduates while continuing a dialogue with the university.

I am looking forward to learning more about you. Thank you for stopping by!
