Brad is described as a visionary nurturer with deep emotional intelligence and a master communicator destined to grow through tension, transforming challenge into strength.
Brad emphasizes that his faith and relationships have shaped him to becoming much more than a Realtor. Clients embrace his experience as an entrepreneur, impact investor, capital partner, and mentor. He recently scaled and exited his Christmas tree farm business. Having survived a traumatic accident, Brad’s mission extends to positively impact the lives of those suffering with mental health issues through JAAQ “Just Ask a Question.” His selection as a Capital Partner for Bolt Angels allows him to make a global impact alongside the most brilliant minds in business.
His entrepreneurial journey was inspired in Florida in the 1980’s, selling oranges with his late grandfather. He was named the “Friendliest” of his class while achieving academic success in high school. Hamann completed his formal, experiential education at Butler University (’04) where he was twice honored as a Top 10 Most Outstanding Student, graduating in Marketing with Honors and Minor in Psychology. As the former Bulldog mascot, Brad continued his passion as President of the Butler Young Alumni Board, Scholarship Donor, Season Ticket Holder, Speaker, and Mentor. He was honored with Butler Alumni Service Awards in 2015 and 2022.
Brad brings 25-years of experience across hospitality, financial services, telecommunications, and real estate. Brad launched his real estate career in 2006 with Keller Williams in Peoria and Indianapolis. In 2012, he founded Hamann Sense, LLC, one of the area’s early “boutique brokerages,” built on personalized service, strategic guidance, and lasting client relationships. Brad believes in serving a select group of clients with excellence rather than many with mediocrity. Nearly two decades in, he remains grateful to help clients transition into new chapters—and values a healthy balance between his personal and professional life.
Brad and Andrea married in May 2013. They live a wonderful life in Midtown Indianapolis with their pup, Sophie, filled with love, laughter, and adventure. Traveling is their love language! They value quality time with family and friends, and finding new experiences. They advocate for mental health and organ donation, and supporting Butler University.
Brad is looking forward to learning more about you!
